摘要:
经皮骶椎成形术是经皮椎体成形术的衍生技术,在影像设备引导下经皮向骶骨的病变处注入骨水泥,可以稳定椎体,增强椎体强度,减轻甚至完全缓解患者疼痛。该方法主要用于治疗骶尾部病变致难治性疼痛,该法创伤小、安全可靠。该文就经皮骶椎成形术定义、术前影像学检查、适应证与禁忌证、技术要点、并发症等作一综述。
