目的探讨网状支架治疗高危前列腺增生症患者的临床疗效。方法在C臂X线机、表面麻醉下应用带气囊定位的镍钛记忆合金网状支架治疗高危患者前列腺增生２１例。结果所有病例置管成功，１９例拔管后排尿通畅。术前国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）２１．２±３．８，最大尿流率（Qmax）（２．２±１．６）ml／s，剩余尿（RUV）１４０±２６ml ，术后IPSS６．２±３．３，Qmax（１４．６±８．６）ml／s，RUV５２±２４ml ，术前术后指标差异有统计学意义。结论镍钛合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生症疗效满意，安全可靠，适合于高危前列腺增生症患者。
