摘要:
 【摘要】 糖尿病足是糖尿病严重而又治疗费用高的慢性并发症。该文系统介绍糖尿病足的基本概念，糖尿病下肢缺血与下肢动脉硬化合并糖尿病的区别，糖尿病病变的特点与预后。着重介绍糖尿病足的治疗，包括下肢动脉介入治疗、动脉旁路重建、干细胞，移植。对大动脉、中等动脉和小动脉治疗方案的选择，以及围手术期处理等都进行了详细的论述。
