摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 提高对真性膜部瘤型室间隔缺损（VSD）的认识，总结经导管封堵治疗失败的教训。方法 回顾1例真性膜部瘤型VSD患儿经导管封堵失败病例的术中和术后资料，结合文献资料进行分析。结果 术前检查无经导管封堵治疗手术禁忌证，术中共更换3枚不同直径国产膜部VSD封堵器进行4次封堵均未成功，术后结合外科手术所见，回顾造影图像诊断为真性膜部瘤Ⅱ型VSD。结论 真性膜部瘤型VSD瘤壁比较薄弱，进行封堵治疗时破口可以增大。充分认识真性膜部瘤型VSD，提高术前彩色多普勒超声的诊断水平，有助于预估手术风险，减少手术严重并发症。
