摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 评价臭氧消融术治疗复发性椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 对26例既往接受髓核摘除术后复发患者，在CT引导下行臭氧消融术，采用视觉模拟量表（VAS）和改良的MacNab法评价临床疗效。结果 平均随访时间为18月（6 ～ 26个月），术前VAS评分为7.3，术后为3.4分，总有效率为84.6%，无臭氧相关并发症。结论 CT引导下臭氧消融术是治疗复发性椎间盘突出症的有效方法。
