摘要:
目的   探讨低剂量CT引导下经皮医用臭氧腰椎间盘注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 在低剂量CT扫描引导下,对156例腰椎间盘突出患者采用侧后旁或小关节内侧径路穿刺,进行椎间盘内、盘外注射不同浓度臭氧。结果 术后1周,156例中疗效优59例、良63例,优良率78.2%;术后1个月,156例中疗效优63例、良64例,优良率81.4%;术后3个月,总优良率达86%,其中椎间盘膨出、突出、脱出优良率分别为97.4%(37/38)、90.2%(101/112)、3/6;盘内保留臭氧组、不保留组优良率分别为92.0%(46/50)、87.3%(69/79);纤维环完整、破裂优良率分别为92.2%(119/129)、81.5%(22/27)。结论 低剂量CT引导下臭氧注射术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,且具有安全、创伤小、定位准确、操作简单及辐射剂量小等特点,是腰椎间盘突出理想的治疗手段。
