摘要:
目的探讨选择性动脉栓塞术在胆道术后胆道出血治疗的可行性和疗效。方法回顾性分析１９８９年３月至２００９年８月１６例胆道手术后动脉出血的临床资料，先行保守治疗，效果不佳时改用介入治疗，所有患者均行选择性动脉造影并采用明胶海绵和钢圈对出血动脉进行栓塞治疗。结果该组病例中１例死亡，１５例采用选择性动脉栓塞，随访８个月～３年无再次出血。结论选择性动脉栓塞治疗胆道手术后动脉出血具有安全、微创、止血准确、并发症少的优点。
