摘要:
血管生成涉及机体的许多生理和病理活动，包括肿瘤的发生、维持和进展。血管生成的具体情况取决于促血管生成因子与抗血管生成因子之间的动态平衡。血管生成抑制剂可特异性抑制内皮细胞增殖、迁移和管道形成，其中之一是内皮抑素。内皮抑素具有强烈的抑制血管生成作用，作用范围广，对多血管肿瘤有治疗作用。本文根据内皮抑素的作用机制、结构和生物学功能，推荐抗肿瘤治疗的具体方法和产品，指出其在介入放射学领域中应用时需注意的问题。科研和临床工作中必须认真设计科学、严格的使用方案。只有与有效破坏肿瘤组织的方法联合应用，争取协同、加强作用，才能得到显著的客观疗效。
