摘要:
【摘要】 目的 评价一种国产动脉血栓抽吸导管治疗试验犬急性动脉缺血事件的有效性和安全性,并与Penumbra抽吸导管进行比较。方法 在试验犬颈外动脉、肾动脉建立急性缺血栓塞模型,随机分为试验组、对照组,对栓塞血管进行取栓治疗。结果 共纳入试验犬12只,试验组、对照组各6只,均成功建模。试验组、对照组累计取栓成功率分别为92.9%、66.7%(P>0.05),术中血管出现夹层分别为0、8.3%(P>0.05),痉挛率分别为35.7%、75.0%(P>0.05)。结论 试验组与对照组相比,治疗有效性和安全性无显著差异。
