【摘要】 目的 探讨同轴导管技术在经桡动脉入路行颈动脉支架植入术中的有效性及安全性。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年10月在首都医科大学大兴教学医院神经内科经桡动脉入路行颈动脉支架植入治疗患者一般资料及临床资料,术中使用同轴导管技术将6 F导引导管导引至目标血管进行颈动脉支架植入,分析导引导管到位率、手术成功率、围手术期并发症。结果 本研究共纳入40例经桡动脉入路行颈动脉支架植入术患者,其中左侧颈内动脉16例,右侧颈内动脉24例,Ⅰ型主动脉弓13例,Ⅱ型主动脉弓20例,Ⅲ型主动脉弓7例,牛型主动脉弓1例。导引导管到位率为100%,手术成功率为95%,无手术相关并发症。手术时间为(34.4±13.6) min,术后30 d所有手术患者均未出现脑梗死、心肌梗死等症状。结论 使用同轴导管技术导引导管可以快速到位,避免了导管反复交换,同轴导管技术在经桡动脉入路行颈动脉支架植入术中是安全有效的。
