摘要:
【摘要】 孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层(ISMAD)在临床上并不少见。ISMAD易导致急性肠缺血甚至肠坏死。ISMAD发病、转归、预后与肠系膜上动脉(SMA)形态学特征、SMA内血流变化等诸多因素有关,均可引起SMA内血流动力学改变。近年来计算流体力学(CFD)逐渐应用于ISMAD研究,进一步证实ISMAD与其局部流体力学因素相关。因此,利用CFD技术对ISMAD血流动力学特性进行数值模拟,有助于了解ISMAD发病、发展及预后的生理和病理机制。本文就ISMAD血流动力学数值模拟研究进展做一综述。
