【摘要】 目的 初步探讨消融,尤其是RFA联合骨水泥成形术治疗骨样骨瘤的疗效。方法 收集2012年2月至2019年8月收治的6例骨样骨瘤患者病例资料,6例患者均选择消融联合骨水泥成形术治疗,并在术中取病理检查。术后随访时间3 个月~5年。根据MacNab标准评定患者手术疗效。 结果 6例患者均顺利完成手术,1例髋臼骨样骨瘤患者少许骨水泥外渗至周围软组织内,未引发临床症状。6例患者临床症状均有一定程度改善,生活质量提高。结论 消融联合骨水泥成形术治疗骨样骨瘤临床疗效好、创伤小、并发症少、复发率低、住院费用及时间缩短,长期随访效果明确。
