【摘要】 目的 观察超声引导膝神经脉冲射频治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛的疗效。方法 2017年7月— 2018年7月,门诊招募43例膝关节骨性关节炎疼痛患者。治疗基于超声引导的膝神经上内侧支,上外侧支和下内侧支脉冲射频。治疗前,治疗后1、3个月用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和膝关节(WOMAC)评分评估治疗效果。 结果 膝神经的脉冲射频显著减少了膝关节的疼痛和活动障碍。治疗后1个月81%(35/43)患者VAS评分改善,治疗后3个月86%(37/43)VAS评分改善。疼痛得到显著缓解的患者,膝关节功能障碍有所恢复。 结论 超声引导的膝神经脉冲射频是一种安全且创伤小的治疗方法,可显著减轻严重退行性疾病患者膝关节疼痛和功能障碍。
