【摘要】 目的 研制体表定位栅栏,以提高DSA类CT引导下穿刺定位的精度。方法 在DSA类CT引导下利用特制栅栏对软组织下距表面120 mm左右、体积分别为15 mm×15 mm×15 mm、10 mm×10 mm×10 mm、5 mm×5 mm×3 mm、3 mm×3 mm×3 mm的模拟病灶,进行132次穿刺定位,此为实验组。同样,利用普通栅栏进行116次穿刺定位,作为对照组。两组穿刺定位准确率的比较,利用χ2检验进行统计学分析。结果 体积为15 mm×15 mm×15 mm、10 mm×10 mm×10 mm、5 mm×5 mm×3 mm、3 mm×3 mm ×3 mm的模拟病灶,利用特制栅栏定位,准确率分别为100%、100%、100%、82.1%;使用普通栅栏定位,准确率分别为48.6%、26.7%、20.7%、4.5%。实验组准确率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 特制栅栏能够显著提高DSA类CT引导下的穿刺定位精度。
