【摘要】 目的 通过对肺癌射频消融(RFA)术后患者电话随访,了解患者术后不良反应和健康教育需求,为临床制定规范、全面的术后及出院健康指导提供依据。方法 通过自制问卷对82例确诊肺癌并接受RFA治疗的老年患者进行术后1周的电话随访。结果 82例老年患者中,术后1周内出现咳嗽咯痰,93.9%;咯血,74.3%;发热,37.8%;胸闷憋气,30.5%。患者中5例(6.1%)出现气胸并行胸腔闭式引流;皮肤灼伤、皮下气肿、伤口疼痛较少见;25%出现食欲差、12.5%出现胃部不适、15.6%出现睡眠质量欠佳、18.8%出现体能受限;50%患者曾担心手术预后;65.8%患者曾担心疾病复发。结论 RFA术后常见的不良反应为咳嗽、咯痰、发热、疼痛、胸闷气短,多数患者感到焦虑。有的放矢地为老年患者进行出院健康教育很有必要,为患者答疑解惑,大大提高了患者满意度。
