【摘要】 目的 探讨护理干预在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术中的作用。方法 将160例行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的患者随机分为护理干预组80例（干预组）及常规护理组80例（对照组），比较干预组干预前后焦虑评分、两组患者气胸及肺出血等并发症发生情况及手术时间、一次穿刺成功率等指标，以评价护理干预在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术中的作用。结果 干预组干预后焦虑评分显著降低（60.13±11.30，31.53±10.58），P<0.001，手术时间为（10.90±1.59） min，明显短于对照组（15.40±2.11） min，P<0.002，差异有显著统计学意义，且一次穿刺成功率（95%）高于对照组（85%），干预组肺出血及气胸等并发症发生率28.80%，显著低于对照组57.45%。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术中采用护理干预能缓解患者焦虑心理，提高手术成功率，缩短手术时间，减少手术并发症的发生。
