【摘要】 目的 观察新型可降解镁合金支架(MPM)植入兔腹主动脉后降解过程中血管内膜免疫组化及血清镁离子浓度变化。方法 24只新西兰大白兔随机分为4组,每组6只。24枚MPM支架分别植入每组兔左肾动脉水平下约1 cm处。术后30、60、90、180 d作主动脉造影及测定血清镁离子浓度,并分离支架段血管行免疫组化,检测增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)阳性细胞。采用SPSS 20.0软件对实验数据进行分析。结果 24只实验兔在植入支架后随访期间存活良好,PCNA阳性细胞和血清镁离子浓度逐渐升高直至90 d ,后逐渐下降,180 d时趋于稳定。整个支架降解过程腹主动脉通畅。结论 从细胞水平进一步证实,MPM支架可长时间满足血管正性重塑需要,能有效预防血管再狭窄。支架降解过程中未改变兔血清镁离子浓度,未产生明显毒性反应。
