【摘要】 经外周穿刺中心静脉导管(PICC)和完全植入式静脉输液港(TIAP)是目前国内最常用的中长期中心静脉输液通路,主要用于长期反复化疗、营养支持等临床治疗。然而中长期中心静脉通路在植入、使用维护和并发症诊治过程中有很多细节与规范需要重视,规范植入和使用维护对于能否安全植入中心静脉通路与长期使用至关重要。本文主要阐述目前中长期中心静脉通路存在的问题、解决思路以及全程管理中心静脉通路,强调建设默契合作的多学科团队、规范化制度和监管流程,以推动中心静脉通路健康、可持续发展。
