【摘要】 肺癌是我国最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是对人类健康和生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一。对于早期的肺癌患者,外科手术切除是治疗首选,但对于无法行外科手术治疗的患者,在综合治疗的同时,亟需一种局部治疗方法。近些年,随着射频消融(RFA)在治疗肺恶性肿瘤中得到越来越广泛的应用,已成为非外科手术治疗的有效替代治疗手段,同时也是继外科手术、化疗、放疗之后具有广阔应用前景的肿瘤治疗手段。本文主要从临床疗效、影像评价等方面进行综述。
