摘要:
 【摘要】 部分脾栓塞术（PSE）是目前治疗门脉高压所导致的脾功能亢进的重要治疗手段，通过减少脾脏血流量、增加肝脏血供起到改善外周血象、肝功能指标、降低门静脉高压等作用。本文主要是对PSE治疗脾亢的治疗作用和机制、临床疗效、影响临床疗效的因素以及术后并发症、不同栓塞材料的优劣势等方面进行简要的综述。
