【摘要】 目的 探讨经皮内固定联合骨成形术,即钢筋混凝土技术,治疗可能发生病理性骨折的股骨近端转移瘤的可行性及临床应用价值。方法 选取6例无法耐受外科开放手术且即将发生病理性骨折的股骨近端转移瘤患者,应用经皮内固定联合骨成形术治疗。结果 6例手术全部成功,术中及术后无患者出现死亡及肺栓塞,随访手术区域未发生骨折。结论 经皮内固定联合骨成形术是治疗可能发生病理性骨折的股骨近端转移瘤的安全有效方法。
