【摘要】 目的 总结多极射频消融术治疗肝癌并发症发生的原因及其防治对策。方法 对106例肝癌患者共进行多极射频组织治疗238例次，通过临床观察，分析肝癌多极射频消融术并发症发生的原因，以及并发症的处理。结果 106例患者术后最常见的并发症是发热、疼痛及恶心呕吐，严重并发症如心血管意外、血气胸、出血共发生3例，死亡1例。结论 虽然多极射频消融术治疗中晚期肝癌疗效确切，但任何并发症均可能发生，理解及规范操作技术能够预防及合理处理并发症。
