【摘要】 目的 探讨DSA及 Xper?蛳 CT在肺肿瘤射频消融穿刺术(RFA)中的应用价值。方法 在DSA及Xper?蛳 CT图像导航下治疗肺部肿瘤RFA的患者21例,其中周围型肺癌3例,肝癌肺转移12例,结直肠癌肺转移6例。病灶分布在左上叶5枚,左肺下叶2枚,右肺上叶5枚,右肺中叶6枚,右肺下叶4枚。左右胸壁各1例。结果 在21例患者24处病灶中,22处病灶一次穿次成功,成功率91.7%, 2处病灶直经小于1 cm经2次穿刺成功, 射频针均准确定位。结论 DSA及Xper?蛳 CT图像导航下进行肺肿瘤RFA穿刺术定位准确,操作便捷,安全性高,在肺肿瘤的射频消融术中具有重要的临床应用价值。
