摘要:
 【摘要】 冷冻消融由于其创伤小、疗效佳、并发症少等优点,使其在临床实体肿瘤的治疗中得到广泛的应用。冷冻消融的另一个可能的优势是诱导机体产生抗肿瘤免疫,进而导致远处转移灶及局部残存肿瘤的消退。然而大量的临床及实验研究表明肿瘤冷冻后所致的抗肿瘤免疫效应变化很大,且对机体抗肿瘤免疫效应既可以是免疫刺激亦可以是免疫抑制。本文就冷冻免疫存在的形式及可能影响因素作一综述。
