【摘要】 主动脉球囊反搏术(intra?蛳 aortic balloon pump,IABP)作为改善左心室功能的重要辅助方式,在心血管疾病的治疗中取得了明显的临床效果,是目前临床上应用最广泛的心脏辅助装置之一。随着应用范围的扩展以及研究的不断深入,其在非心脏性疾病中的应用更加广泛。本文对IABP在非心脏性疾病治疗中的临床应用进展及其技术要点、有效性、并发症等作一综述。
