摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 构建肝硬化动物模型并分析其病理学改变,探讨介入技术建立肝硬化模型的可行性与科学性。方法 将30头健康雄性贵州香猪分为实验组A 10头和实验组B 10头,分别采用四氯化碳腹腔注射法和肝动脉乙醇注入法构建肝硬化门脉高压症动物模型,另外10头作为对照组。结果 实验组A和实验组B成模平均时间分别为12周和6周,成模率分别为80%和100%。动物模型的门脉压力,对照组为(8.2 ± 2.3)cm水柱,实验组A为(12.4 ± 2.2) cm水柱,实验组B为(12.6 ± 2.1)cm水柱,实验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 采用介入技术向肝动脉内灌注乙醇优于腹腔注射四氯化碳造模法,具有造模创伤小,全身损害轻、可重复性强、操作简单、病理表现及分期明显的优点,可以建立较为理想的肝硬化动物模型。
