摘要:
核素肺灌注／通气显像可以反映肺部血流与通气功能，间接评价肺栓塞的分布，特别是对判断血流动力学稳定的，疑似肺栓塞患者有极大的应用价值。与其他影像学检查方法相比具有无创，亚肺段栓塞敏感的优势。同时介入治疗的原理及其应用特点对治疗肺栓塞具有重要的临床价值。本文就肺栓塞的核素显像诊断及介入治疗的方法作一综述。
