摘要:
胆管支架包括塑料内涵管和金属支架,已经广泛应用于胆管各种良恶性狭窄的姑息治疗,临床短期疗效显著,但长期疗效受到支架移位、再狭窄等的困扰。金属支架显示出较好的优势,并逐渐得到改进。本文复习文献,综述胆管支架在应用研究方面的进展
