摘要:
支架成形术在介入治疗中占有非常重要的地位。目前临床应用主要以永久性支架为主,具有炎性增生和再狭窄等并发症存在,难以在良性狭窄性病变及儿童病例中广泛应用。生物可降解支架从理论上克服了永久性支架的缺点,具有很大的临床应用前景。目前生物可降解支架技术已经日趋成熟,通过动物实验和初步临床应用,取得了较为满意的效果。相信在不久的将来,生物可降解支架在许多良性疾病中都将得到广泛应用,从而成为永久性支架以外很好的补充治疗手段。
