摘要:
在糖尿病足的发病过程中,下肢动脉狭窄或者闭塞始终起着重要作用。由于此类患者下肢动脉往往缺乏通畅的流出道,传统旁路手术疗效欠佳,而介入手段的优势在糖尿病足的治疗中日益体现。近年来,经皮球囊扩张成形术中出现了一些特殊方法、器械,特别是针对部以下动脉病变的介入处理以及干细胞移植的临床应用,为糖尿病足的治疗带来了新的希望。
